How we work
Remote-first, with India and U.S. timezones overlapping for a few hours each day. Written-first communication — long-form docs and decision trails over standups. Every change goes through a task folder with a plan, a test matrix, and an outcome.
We treat compliance as a foundation, not a layer. Security review and editorial review happen before code lands, not after.
What you'll work on
- Virtual-bank product. The Nrivana account at our FDIC-insured partner bank — open, fund, statements, debit, FX.
- Cross-border money movement. U.S. ↔ India transfers with corridor pricing the customer can read in one line.
- Tax-season tooling. Document collection across both jurisdictions, packets the preparer can use.
- Identity + compliance. KYC across two jurisdictions, BSA / AML, SOC 2 evidence — quietly, correctly.
Open roles
We're in private preview and hire selectively. If one of the following sounds like you, write a paragraph about what you'd want to build first.
- Founding product engineer. TypeScript / React / Cloudflare Workers. You ship features end-to-end including the compliance review.
- Founding compliance lead. SOC 2 + BSA / AML experience at a fintech. Help us land the partner-bank integration and stand up the operational program.
- Founding design partner.You've designed inside a bank or fintech. You care about the difference between *generic-fintech* and *NRI-specific*.
